Description

A mini 3 inch top hat. The owl was sculpted by me ^_^ funny I made the owl before I found the ribbon haha! This hat looks so cute on! <33 I made another hat with bunny ears- I will post it when my battery charges!

edit: Oh! The white of the Owl's eyes are made with glow in the dark clay! ^_^
