Pathtags.com and its parent company Geocoin Club, LLC would like to remind all participants of the Design forums and users of published Design Partners that your mileage may vary when using designs and designers and that you assume all responsibility for IP and licensing requirements for designs whether sourced from partners, harvested from these forums or other online sources, or self-created.

While we firmly believe in the mantra that people are, for the most part, good and honest beings, we feel it important to remind consumers of these kinds of services that this is not always true.

Should a design you submit from any source be the subject of an intellectual property complaint, we will take action up to and including deletion of the tag from our system and you may be responsible for damages and/or back royalties to the copyright holder.

We do not police the use of copyrighted materials in produced designs. Doing so is impossible as our customers are from all walks of life and all geographies of the world. Knowing every copyrighted image in the universe is simply impossible. It is your sole responsibility when submitting a design to secure permission to do so or to accept potential fallout from the use of the same.

Thank you for reading this, our purpose is to inform - not intimidate. Please continue to share great design ideas, but we felt the need to educate the community a bit further. We now return you to your normally scheduled forum.
